I made a page! I might not be able to do much else this upcoming week, there's school busy and the independence day of my country (four day weekend= visiting family) but at least I have a page in time. My schedule is saved.
These pages are getting pretty claustrophobic to draw. Drawing so many characters in such a small space not meant for characters the size of these anyway is pretty tricky. And gonna get trickier, ho boy.
(Specially Iacar. He has tricky proportions, as he's not actually all that much taller than the dogs, well, he is taller, but not as much as he seems to be, but his head is huge and he is pretty massive in all other directions, okay I'll stop complaining about him now.)
Overall, this is very well put together. The body language of each character is subtly different, further showing each wolf's feelings within the shot. Technique-wise, very well put together. The only thing I see as a 'flaw' is the amount of dilation in Iacar's eyes in the last panel- it makes him look a bit like a puppy. Overall, fantastic job. The characters are well placed, the artwork itself is stunning, and the dialogue works well. I am so excited to see how this evolves even more as the story continues! It's great to see such originality in your art.
Right, so....officially addicted. This is incredible. The designs of the hellhounds are amazing and I kind of want to adopt Morri and Ibele. I love Iacar's lisp, because there' so many times when characters are deformed just to look cool but it doesn't have any affect on their speech or abilities. Particularly, I found it interesting how in this story, it's the 'hideous' (well, I find them adorable) monster dogs that are really the misunderstood guys. You always see the good doggies fighting the big, evil, deformed beast. All in all, I'm VERY eager to see more! Oh, and I forgot to mention, your drawing skills are incredible. Those facial expressions are to die for.
