Page 52 is here! And look! It's the gateguard! Dun dun duuuuun!
It's been really busy in here lately, sorry for not being around much. Applying to Lahti institute of design wasn't good for my sleeping habits (I didn't have sleeping habits during the making of the pre assignments...) and now I'm preparing the first part (in Finnish) of Wurr ready for printing. (HUUUUUUUUUGE thank yous to ~Kumiko90 for helping me out with it) I'm aiming it to be ready for this summer's Desucon (For those who asked on my previous journal: yes I WILL sell it in here online too after the con. I kinda don't believe I can sell almost 200 copies in just two days in the con).
There has been some inquiries why I haven't uploaded any new Wurr pages after that row I had recently (not that it would be something new or anything really, remember last year when I managed to finish only seven pages in a perioid of one whole year? Yeah, that was slow) so just to inform you people, you can rest assured. The drawing process hasn't stopped, but it has changed. All the previous 51 pages were drawn one at a time, each one being fully finished before moving to the next page. These last ten pages on the other hand have all been sketched ready (except for last two pages) before inking any of them, and they are now all being inked in a row before shading. I'm gonna finish them all in a more like assembly line-ish manner than before. When I get them ready I might even go for "one page a week" kind of regular uploading of the pages, at least untill I can move to the next part/episode/volume/whatever. I've been planning about changing the drawing style a bit when moving on to another part of the story, to make drawing faster and easier, but we'll see.
Okay, back to work now. I managed to butcher the inking on page 59 and must go redraw it now. See ya!
Wurr stuff (c) to me and stuff.
(By the way, as a pointless bit of information you'll probably never need anywhere, the gateguard's color is the same creamy golden as golden retriever's.)
